If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, please do not use the website. These terms apply equally to all genders. Last updated: June 2026.

1. General and definitions

This website (the "Website") is operated by D.D. Initiatives, a registered dealer (no. 028635811) of 55 Shamir Street, Jerusalem (the "Company", "we" or "us"). "User" or "you" means any person who browses or uses the Website in any way. The Website content is provided for general information about the Company and its services only. Section headings are for convenience and do not govern interpretation.

2. Website content is not professional advice

The information on the Website, including service descriptions, professional guides, references to standards, and various figures, is provided for general information and an initial impression only. It does not constitute engineering, planning, licensing, legal or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for individual advice from a qualified professional. Every project requires an individual feasibility review, tailored design and professional supervision. Viewing the content or contacting us through the Website does not create a client relationship, engagement or any obligation on the Company, which arise only upon a signed, written engagement agreement.

3. Services, projects and media

The service and project descriptions, images, videos and figures on the Website are illustrative only and subject to change without notice. There may be differences between what is shown and what is delivered in practice, depending on site conditions, the law, permits and other factors. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer, representation, or a guarantee of any result, timeline or price.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

Reasonable personal use of the Website is permitted in accordance with these terms and the law. You may not, among other things:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful, harmful, misleading or non-compliant purpose.
  • Collect data from the Website by automated means (scraping), or copy or reproduce its content without permission.
  • Disrupt or overload the Website, or attempt to access its systems.
  • Submit false details, another person’s details without authorization, or harmful content through the forms.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including the design, text, images, videos, the marks "D.D. Initiatives" and "ד.ד יזמות" and the Company logos, are owned by the Company or licensed to it (including images licensed from Unsplash and videos hosted on YouTube). You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish or make any commercial use of the content without the Company’s prior written consent, except reasonable personal use.

6. Submissions through the forms

By submitting details through a contact form you confirm that the details are accurate and belong to you, and that you wish the Company to contact you in response. Providing details is voluntary and not mandatory. Use of the information provided is subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is", without any representation or warranty of any kind. Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damage caused to a user or a third party as a result of using the Website, relying on its content, its unavailability or any technical fault. The Company does not warrant that the Website will operate continuously or error-free. Nothing here limits liability that may not be limited or excluded under law.

8. Third-party links and content

The Website may include links to and embedded content of third parties, including YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode) and images from the Unsplash service. The Company has no control over such content and services and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Use of them is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

9. Accessibility

The Company works to make the Website accessible in accordance with the law and the Israeli standard. Full details, including how to contact us on accessibility matters, appear in the Website’s Accessibility Statement.

10. Privacy

Use of the Website and providing details through it are subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. We encourage you to review it.

11. Changes to the terms and the Website

The Company may update these terms and change the structure, content and services of the Website at any time and without prior notice. The binding version is the updated version published on the Website, and the update date appears at the top of these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and anything arising from use of the Website are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Jerusalem District only.

13. Miscellaneous

If a competent court finds any provision of these terms void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any of its rights shall not be deemed a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Accessibility Statement, constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding use of the Website.
