Privacy Policy

D.D. Initiatives (the "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of website visitors. This Policy details what information is collected on the Site, how it is stored, the uses of it, and user rights. The Policy is drafted in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including recent updates to the law, and in the spirit of international standards.

1. What Information Is Collected

Two types of information are collected on the Site: (a) information that the user voluntarily provides, such as name, phone, email, and project details, through contact forms; and (b) technical information automatically collected, such as IP address, browser, device type, viewed pages, viewing time, and more.

2. Information from Forms

When submitting a contact form, the user is asked to provide certain details. Submission is voluntary and not required by law, but without these details we cannot return contact with a response.

3. Cookies

The Site may use cookies for proper operation, improving the browsing experience, and, when relevant, for analytics. Most browsers allow users to block or delete cookies. Full blocking may degrade the browsing experience.

4. Analytics Tools

The Site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure usage, improve performance, and improve content. Information collected by these tools is primarily aggregated and not personally identifying.

5. Remarketing and Advertising

If, in the future, remarketing codes from Google, Meta, or other platforms are used, this will be done in accordance with the law and subject to the user's ability to opt out via browser settings or platform settings.

6. Use of Information

Collected information is used by the Company for the following purposes: contacting the user in response to their inquiry; guiding potential clients through project consultation and scoping; improving Site content and services; complying with law and regulation; sending marketing content only with explicit consent.

7. Information Retention

Information is stored in the Company's systems and/or with authorized service providers acting on its behalf, for a reasonable period required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or for a longer period as required by law.

8. Information Security

The Company applies reasonable and customary measures to protect information security, including technological protections, internal procedures, and access restricted to authorized employees only. However, the Company cannot absolutely guarantee that no intrusion attempts will be made, and accordingly, submitting information on the Site is at the user's own risk.

9. Information Transfer to Third Parties

The Company does not transfer personal user information to third parties, except: (a) service providers acting on its behalf (such as CRM, hosting, and email-delivery providers) required for service operation and committed to information protection; (b) when required by law or judicial order.

10. User Rights

Users have the right to review information collected about them, request its correction, or request its deletion, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. Such requests can be submitted via the contact details on the Site.

11. Policy Updates

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on the Site and will be binding from the date of publication.

12. Contact

For any privacy-related inquiry, please reach out via the email on the Site or by phone at +972-52-644-7439.

Legal note: This Policy is drafted at a general level. We recommend final legal review by an attorney specializing in privacy law before publication, and at any material change in data collection or use.
