1. Who is responsible for the information

2. What information we collect

We collect only information you provide on your own initiative through the contact forms on the Website:

• Full name.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• The message content and the service you chose to inquire about.

3. Providing information is voluntary

Providing information is not a legal obligation and is done at your free will and with your consent. You are not required to provide information, but without contact details we will not be able to get back to you or handle your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive information or details that are not needed for your inquiry in the free-text message.

4. Purposes of processing

The information is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided: to contact you, respond to your inquiry, provide an initial proposal or consultation, and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not use the information for any other purpose and do not sell or rent it.

5. Basis for collection, informed consent

Collection and processing rely on your informed consent when you submit the form and check the box accepting this policy, as well as on the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry you initiated. In line with the statutory duty of notice, this policy details the controller’s identity, the purposes of use, the recipients of the information and your rights.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not transfer the information to third parties except service providers (processors) who help operate the Website and receive inquiries, processing the information on our behalf and on our instructions:

• FormSubmit, a service that delivers the form content to our inbox.
• Google Gmail, the email inbox in which inquiries are received and stored.
• Netlify, the hosting service on which the Website runs.
• Disclosure as required by law, a judicial order, or to protect the Company’s rights.

7. Transfer of information outside Israel

Some service providers operate on servers located outside Israel. By using the form and providing your details you agree that the information may be stored and processed outside Israel, subject to the law applicable to such transfers.

8. Cookies

The Website uses a single essential functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the interface language you chose (Hebrew or English). This is a first-party cookie, stores no identifying personal information and is not used for tracking, advertising or profiling. Because we use no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies, no cookie-consent mechanism is required or displayed, only an informational notice.

9. Embedded third-party content

Some pages embed third-party content: YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie) and images from the Unsplash service. Viewing or interacting with this content may allow those providers to collect information under their own privacy policies, which are not under the Company’s control.

10. Data security

We take reasonable measures to secure the information and prevent unauthorized access to it, consistent with the principles of the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, at the security level appropriate to the nature of the database. However, no system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every risk.

11. Your rights, access, correction and deletion

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the following rights, which you may exercise by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy:

• Right of access, to know whether information about you is held and to review it (section 13 of the Law).
• Right of correction, to request correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated or inaccurate (section 14 of the Law).
• Right of deletion, to request deletion of the information when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

12. Retention period

We keep the information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to manage the business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal duty or justification to retain it for a longer period.

13. Marketing communications

We do not send advertising material without consent. A response to your inquiry is business communication arising from the inquiry you initiated and is not advertising material. If in future we wish to send you marketing or promotional content, this will be done only after obtaining your explicit prior consent, and in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, including a simple opt-out in every message.

14. Children’s privacy

The Website is not intended for minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you become aware that a minor provided us information, please contact us and we will act to delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and the update date will appear at the top. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically.
