Project Overview

The Beitar Illit frame-and-interior project illustrates how D.D. Initiatives leads complex projects from the earliest stage to handover. The project combined precise structural frame works with a functional interior layout that fits large-family living, many rooms, family dining area, and built-in storage solutions.

What the Project Included

  • Foundation and retaining-wall pours
  • Full concrete frame across all floors
  • Reinforced-concrete columns and connecting beams
  • Cast-in-place slabs
  • Block and drywall interior partitioning
  • Architectural-engineering coordination across the floor plan

The Challenge

Designing for a large family requires a balance between structural strength and interior flexibility. Smart column and load-transfer solutions were needed to enable open spaces alongside many rooms, without compromising structural integrity.

The Solution

We designed a column-and-beam grid that allows large spaces below, with light drywall partitions above that allow future layout changes. The frame works were executed with high precision, with lab testing of every pour.

The Outcome

The building was delivered on schedule, meets every standard, and provides a family-tailored home with high engineering strength. The interior partitioning is flexible and fully fits the family’s needs.
